Saint Nathaniel’s – Eleven Eleven: Lest We Forget
12 November 2018
On Friday 9th November, pupils from Saint Nathaniel’s Academy performed a selection of songs from the First World War at the Regent Theatres Eleven Eleven; Lest We Forget performance.
The evening, arranged by Creative Learning Stoke-on-Trent, saw young people from across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Derbyshire & Cheshire pay tribute through the mediums of drama, dance and music, to those who have fought, and to those who have fought and fallen.
As we mark 100 years since the Armistice on 11th November, we remember the courageous members of the armed forces across the world who have fought and for their loved ones they leave behind.
The Saint Nathaniel’s Academy Choir was conducted by their teacher Daniel Keen and the evening concluded with Daniel playing The Last Post.
Thank you to all the children and staff involved.
