Need-to-know: Primary performance tables published for 2018

Attainment has gone up for each subject nationally compared to 2017.
What’s been released
Find your school-level data in the primary performance tables. They report on the same attainment and progress measures as last year.
The revised national data release now takes account of changes made during the September checking exercise. It also includes new information, such as progress and pupil characteristic data.
Headline figures haven’t changed from the provisional data published in September
- 64% of pupils reached the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined
- 75% of pupils reached the expected standard in reading
- 76% of pupils reached the expected standard in maths
- 78% of pupils reached the expected standard in the grammar, punctuation and spelling test
For the last eight years, the team at Saint Nathaniel’s Academy has been working with pupils to develop and transform the school’s garden into a valuable, child-safe asset that is much-loved by its many pupils.
Forty children from across the Trust attended Rugby Development Training hosted by Longton Rugby Club.
The first of March saw two new academies join the St. Bart’s family – Whitchurch CE Infant and Nursery Academy and Whitchurch CE Junior Academy.
